A private business has purchased a 106,000-square-foot industrial property in Mount Laurel, paying an undisclosed price in a deal arranged by NAI Mertz.
The brokerage firm’s Jonathan Klear represented and advised the buyer, noting that the facility at 116 Gaither Drive is in one of the area’s most desirable logistics and business corridors. The space is suitable for warehousing, manufacturing and distribution operations, NAI Mertz added, while it benefits from immediate access to Route 73, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike and proximity to major retailers, hotels and amenities.
