An investor has purchased and quickly filled a 6,000-square-foot commercial building in Hillsborough, in a set of transactions managed by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The buyer, 10 Old Camplain Road LLC, paid $1.5 million for the freestanding property at 10 Old Camplain Road. Immediately following that deal was a new 10-year, full-building lease with Above All Party Rentals, which will take advantage of its mix of warehouse, office and outdoor storage space and its easy access to Route 206 and other key Somerset County corridors.
Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group represented both the seller, Morton Street Realty, and the buyer in the trade. He noted that the property’s adaptability and convenient location made it an attractive opportunity for both investors and users, adding that the local event and tent rental company will use it for equipment storage, logistics and operations.
