Saxum Real Estate has won high praise with a newly announced award that recognized its founder, Anthony Rinaldi, as one of the industry’s most impactful professionals.
The firm, which is based in Summit, said Rinaldi was highlighted as part of Commercial Property Executive’s 2025 Influence Awards that were revealed Thursday during a virtual event. The media company honored the Saxum managing principal with a Silver Award for Executive of the Year in industrial real estate, highlighting his leadership and vision in building one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate investment and development platforms.
“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized by CPE, but this award is a direct result of the entire Saxum team,” Rinaldi said. “It reflects the hard work, discipline and dedication they bring every day. What we’ve built together is the product of their relentless execution, grit and creativity, and I’m deeply grateful to work alongside such an exceptional group of people.”
Founded in 2014, Saxum has experienced significant growth through its vertically integrated expertise across industrial, cold storage and housing sectors, according to a news release. That has fueled a platform focused on value-add and development opportunities while targeting overlooked assets and capitalizing on market inefficiencies, the firm said, citing its end-to-end execution across the full project lifecycle.
Saxum’s current portfolio exceeds $3.5 billion in capitalization and encompasses more than 13 million square feet of industrial, cold storage, and housing assets nationwide, the news release said. The firm’s active development pipeline, meantime, includes more than $1 billion in projects currently underway with a target of nearly $1 billion in annual capitalizations.
