Doren Development has completed a redevelopment in Winslow Township that will bring a growing coffee chain to what was the site of a vacant bank branch.
The Passaic-based firm said the operator, 7 Brew Coffee, is planning a March 2 opening at 528 Berlin-Cross Keys Road. The chain will occupy what Doren Development previously described as a prefabricated 510-square-foot building with a 260-square-foot cooler and eight parking spaces, launching a drive-thru-only location at a site whose average daily traffic is roughly 30,000 vehicles.
In the process, the developer has revitalized the 0.9-acre tract after the bank closed in late 2024.
“We’re excited to see 7 Brew Winslow officially open on March 2,” said Anthony Doren of Doren Development. “This project represents the type of modern, high-energy retail we aim to deliver across the region. Stay tuned — we have many more exciting projects coming soon.”
