Norman’s Hallmark is marking its latest expansion in the Garden State, debuting a new store at the Cloverleaf Shopping Center in the Avenel section of Woodbridge.
The Newtown, Pennsylvania-based chain, which has deep roots in New Jersey, occupies 4,900 square feet at the grocery-anchored property at 1006 St. Georges Ave. Patrons can now visit the store to find an expansive selection of card and gift items in what the operator described as a modern and inviting shopping environment.
“Woodbridge has long been a sought-after market for us, and we are pleased to bring one of our full-format stores to the community,” said Howard Henschel, Norman’s Hallmark CEO and president. “Cloverleaf Shopping Center is an exceptional location — brand new, upscale and positioned within a well-established retail corridor between two major highways. With Sprouts Farmers Market as a strong anchor, it’s an ideal fit and a great place for us to be.”
With 100 store locations, employee-owned Norman’s Hallmark continues to grow its brick-and-mortar footprint in Pennsylvania and New Jersey while recently expanding to Delaware and Maryland, according to a news release. The company also has a strong ecommerce presence, offering a complete line of Hallmark products, cards for every occasion and Keepsake Ornaments, along with a diverse selection for gift giving and the home that includes fashion apparel and accessories, books, stationery, games, home décor, specialty candy and gourmet foods.
