Trading card, collectibles shop takes 5,700 sq. ft. in Green Brook, Deluccia says

A specialty trading card and collectibles retailer has leased nearly 5,700 square feet at a Somerset County shopping center, according to a brokerage team with Deluccia Commercial Group.

The business, RM Worldwide LLC, will use the space at Colonial Square Mall in Green Brook to meet to the growing demand for Pokémon cards, gaming products and related merchandise, according to a news release. It will also expand the tenant mix of the prominent neighborhood retail site at 239-305 Route 22 East, which offers strong visibility and traffic counts and convenient regional access.

Deluccia Commercial Group’s Robert Axmann represented the tenant in the 5,666-square-foot. Michael Mendoza and Steve Battista of Jeffery Realty represented the landlord, 239-305 Rt. 22 E LLC.
