Accurate has launched leasing at a new 105-unit multifamily property in Bound Brook, in the latest addition to its portfolio and to the borough’s stock of high-end apartments.
The developer said its Citizen Bound Brook property, located at 507 East Main St., has a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes. Monthly net-effective rents start from $1,592, including grand opening incentives, with initial occupancy available as the builder looks to attract renters with a series of amenities, proximity to shops and restaurants and a location steps from a train stop on NJ Transit’s Raritan Valley Line.
“We are thrilled to bring our Citizen brand of living to this well-located Bound Brook enclave,” said Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate. “The borough’s appeal stems from its ‘small-town’ charm, including a burgeoning downtown, coupled with the convenience of an in-town train station and proximity to a network of interstate highways. Citizen Bound Brook residents will enjoy all that this community has to offer while elevating their lifestyle in a modern, amenitized building.”
Designed by Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, with interiors by Susan Strauss Design, Citizen Bound Brook provides residents with upscale living and amenities such as a club room, a modern fitness center and a landscaped outdoor terrace, according to a news release. The building also has 5,000 square feet of street-level retail space meant to serve both building tenants and patrons of downtown Bound Brook.
Local leaders in the borough have pushed in recent years to attract developers such as Accurate, seeking to enhance their downtown with additional residents and businesses through new mixed-use projects. The community benefits from its highway and mass transit access and proximity to the retail and recreational offerings of Somerset County, which is also home to an affluent population and large corporate employers.
