Art school, event space takes 1,200 sq. ft. on Route 46 in Morris County, Azarian says

A painting school and event space is coming to Rockaway Borough, where it will occupy more than 1,200 square feet under a deal arranged by Azarian Realty Co.

In a news release, the brokerage team said the location at 170 Route 46 will be the first for Inspiring Kids Inc. The business will use its end cap space at Mountain Plaza, a 7,229-square-foot property with five stores and five apartments, to offer one-on-one and small group painting lessons and classes.

Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented both parties in the 1,229-square-foot deal, noting that Inspiring Kids joins existing tenants including Hot Tips Nail Lounge, Massage 4 All and Good Guy Vapes. The firm, which serves as leasing agent and property manager for the center, is marketing a remaining vacancy of 1,550 square feet.
