A supplier of automotive lift equipment has acquired an 11,000-square-foot building in Middlesex Borough, in a deal arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The property, 565 Union Ave., will allow Hoffman Enterprises LLC to relocate and expand from its current location in Newark, according to a news release. It plans to renovate the facility to meet its needs for a better and more efficient operation, the brokerage team said, noting that the site also provides a more convenient location for its employees and clients.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with Green Brook-based BCREG, represented both parties in the transaction, working alongside Lauren Hill of Hoffman Enterprises.
