A gym with bootcamp-themed classes has leased more than 2,400 square feet at a retail property in northern Passaic County, in a newly announced deal by Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, Struck Fitness, is expanding and relocating within Ringwood to the Fieldstone Park Shopping Center at 130 Skyline Drive. It joins the one-story, 95,566-square-foot property ahead of a planned full exterior renovation in 2026, the leasing team said, under a project slated for completion by early next summer.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the transaction, noting that Struck Fitness’ offerings include personal and small-group training classes, as well as personalized nutrition coaching to support clients on their fitness journey. It occupies 2,430 square feet in one of the property’s 27 tenant spaces, which range from 840 to 36,810 square feet.
Other retailers at the center include The Fresh Grocer, Dollar General, the United States Postal Service, Dairy Queen, Wells Fargo, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Subway.
