Brokers with NAI James E. Hanson have inked a new lease at a 28,000-square-foot medical office building in Fair Lawn, the Hackensack-based firm said Thursday.

In a news release, NAI Hanson said Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, 2300 RT 208 LLC, in the deal with Dr. John Pantazopoulos. The cardiologist is relocating from Paramus to the three-story building, which sits between Hackensack University Medical Center and Valley Hospital and offers easy access to other nearby hospitals.

The property also fronts along Route 208, a busy Bergen County thoroughfare.

“The landlord of this property is cognizant of the needs of today’s medical office tenant and has positioned the property as a premier medical office in this market,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “Dr. Pantazopoulos recognized that the space and its location were a great fit to serve as the new home of his growing cardiology practice.

“Quality medical office space can be limited especially ones in prime locations like 23-00 Route 208.  Our experience with negotiating medical office leases allowed us to quickly and smoothly close this deal to the benefit of both the landlord and tenant.”
