Bertone Piccini LLP has bolstered its real estate practice with two recent additions to its Hasbrouck Heights-based team.
According to the law firm, Anthony Bianco and Daniel Hwang have come aboard as a partner and an attorney, respectively. They’re among three recent hires for the practice, joining alongside labor and employment lawyer David J. Heintjes.
“We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our firm with new partner Anthony Bianco and attorneys David J. Heintjes and Daniel Hwang,” said Jeremy Piccini, a founding partner of Bertone Piccini. “Their unique skillsets and experience will enable our firm to better serve our clients and strengthen our relationships with the business community.”
In a news release, the firm said Bianco has practiced commercial litigation, personal injury and real estate law in New Jersey state and federal courts, having achieved seven-figure results against Fortune 500 companies on complex litigated matters. Prior to starting his own law firm, he served as an associate at McElroy Deutsch, where he practiced defense litigation and specialized in commercial litigation, general professional malpractices, insurance coverage and commercial contract disputes.
Bianco received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
“I am thrilled to join as a partner at Bertone Piccini, a highly reputable firm with a longstanding commitment to successfully serving clients,” Bianco said. “I look forward to working alongside the talented team of attorneys to continue providing strategic and effective solutions to our clients in addition to growing the firm.”
Hwang, for his part, has extensive experience practicing commercial real estate law and specializes in real estate purchases and sales, commercial real estate sales, leasing, bankruptcy and real estate financing for clients in northern New Jersey and New York City, the news release said. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Heintjes, who joins the firm as of counsel, has more than 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law and has represented employers, public entities, independent authorities and boards of education. He was a sole practitioner for over a decade prior to working as a partner for Weiner Law Group, having also earned his J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law.
“I’m excited to join Bertone Piccini LLP, one of New Jersey’s top law firms,” Heintjes said. “I’m looking forward to joining the growing team of reputable attorneys and further developing relationships with new and existing clients. The culture at the firm, built on integrity, results and entrepreneurialism, is exciting and I look forward to adding to it.”
