A tenant at a two-acre truck terminal property in Carlstadt has extended its lease, in a newly announced deal by The Blau & Berg Co.
According to a news release, the facility on Avenue A has a roughly 7,500-square-foot maintenance and transload facility with six docks and two drive-ins. It’s also minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 16W and adjacent to the Meadowlands Sports Complex and routes 17, 46 and 3.
Blau & Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte, Peter Murano and Kenneth Crimmins brokered the deal with the unnamed parties.
“Location was a key variable in the tenant committing to extending the lease on this property,” said Jason Crimmins, the firm’s president. “Well-positioned distribution and truck facilities in this area are still in demand due to the limited amount of (industrial outdoor storage) parcels in the Meadowlands.”
