A truck repair and fleet services firm has found a new headquarters and maintenance facility in Secaucus as part of a recent lease arranged by The Blau & Berg Co.
In a news release, the brokerage team said the property at 614 New County Road includes a 17,104-square-foot trucking facility and accompanying industrial outdoor storage space. The tenant, Global Truck Repair, has relocated from Kearny and will look to benefit from the site’s location just two miles from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 15X and 1.5 miles from Route 1&9.
The facility, which is also about 10 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth, has 10 drive-in bays and what Blau & Berg described as generous parking provisions.
“The seamless accessibility to I-95, one of the nation’s most trafficked trucking thoroughfares, offers an unparalleled advantage to any logistics maintenance company, particularly a forward-thinking fleet maintenance provider like Global Truck Repair,” said Jason Crimmins, president of Short Hills-based Blau & Berg. “Since the calendar turned to 2025, we have witnessed an extraordinary surge in demand for these types of properties, with discerning tenants and buyers placing a premium on location and superior amenities. We are excited for Global Truck Repair’s continued growth and are confident that this new headquarters will meet their operational needs.”
