A specialty bakery is growing in Mount Laurel after leasing space at a shopping center near Route 73, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced this week.
According to a news release, Boaggio’s Bread is backfilling a former Good Foods to Go location at The Ellipse Shopping Center at 4201 Church Road. The tenant, which is known for its artisanal bread and pastries, will occupy an undisclosed amount of space alongside other retail, dining and service businesses at the two-story, 29,500-square-foot property.
“We are thrilled to have facilitated this long-term lease agreement between Boaggio’s Bread and The Ellipse Shopping Center,” said John Doss, a senior adviser with Vantage Commercial. “Boaggio’s Bread is a fantastic addition to the center and we are confident that their presence will further enhance the shopping and service experiences for residents and visitors alike.”
Doss brokered the transaction alongside Ken Richardson, a vice president with the firm.
“The negotiation process was smooth and we are delighted to have assisted both parties in reaching a mutually beneficial agreement,” Richardson said. “The addition of Boaggio’s Bread not only fills a vacancy but also brings a unique culinary offering to the community.”
