An electrical supply company has acquired two adjacent buildings in Princeton for a combined $1.9 million, in a set of deals arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The larger property, 831 State Road, includes a 6,400-square-foot storefront with 4,000 square feet of warehouse space, according to a news release. The neighboring building at 841 State Road provides another 3,600 square feet of industrial space, the brokerage team said, noting that the buyer plans to occupy both for its wholesale and retail business.
BCREG Senior Vice President Todd Gannet represented both sides in the transactions, which included two different sellers and a combined 1.35 acres of property. The firm identified the buyer as 831-841 LLC.
