A moving company has leased a nearly 54,000-square-foot industrial building in Millburn, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
According to the brokerage team, Piece of Cake Moving & Storage will use the space at 70 East Willow St. to serve clients in the New York tristate region. The 53,500-square-foot facility provides it with a location just off Interstate 78 and minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and Route 24, as well as easy access to Port Newark-Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport.
BRC President Steve Bussel and Senior Vice President David Blitt represented the landlord, Binyan Realty Corp., while Pinn Realty represented the New York-based tenant. The brokers noted that the property has 4,000 square feet of office space, 16-foot ceiling heights, 10 tailboards and heavy power, occupying 2.3 acres.
