A cabinetry firm based in New Jersey has acquired a more than 89,000-square-foot industrial building in Las Vegas, in one of several new out-of-state deals by Bussel Realty Corp.
The Edison-based brokerage team said the buyer, which was undisclosed, paid $16.5 million for the property at 4389 Alto Ave. BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel represented the purchaser in the deal with Odyssey Shepherdess Industrial Center, the seller of the 89,284-square-foot facility.
The group also represented Lincoln Electric Co. in the purchase of 406 Route 60 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, a 170,000-square-foot industrial property, for an undisclosed amount. The buyer will use the facility, which it acquired from the Bartlesville Development Authority, to expand its manufacturing operations of electrical distribution equipment.
In another out-of-state deal, Metz’s team represented a private exporter in the purchase of a 9,000-square-foot truck terminal and 2.7-acre industrial outdoor storage and parking site at 6330 Erdman Ave. in Baltimore, Maryland. The buyer paid $2.9 million in the transaction seller Jeremy Landsman, BRC said, citing the role of local partner Russ Dukan of EXP Realty and noting that its client will use the location to stage automobiles for overseas export.
“While our core focus is here, in the New Jersey industrial market, we take great pride in the network that the Metz Industrial Group has built nationally over the past 20 years,” Metz said. “We partner with some of the finest brokers in local markets throughout the U.S. to deliver best-in-class services and results for our clients, wherever their geographic needs might take us.”
