A growing pet wellness franchise has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in Paramus, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
According to the firm’s Bussel Realty Retail Services division, the site at 23 North Fairview Ave. will serve as PetWellClinic’s newest store. The space provides it with a location at the nexus of routes 4 and 17 and in the heart of the borough’s retail corridor, with on-site parking available at the 12,000-square-foot strip center.
Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek, both vice presidents with Bussel Realty Retail Services, represented the tenant. RE/MAX Properties represented the landlord, BLK Realty Holdings LLC.
“PetWellClinic was built to better meet the vast needs of pets’ health and wellness while taking into account the time and availability of the pet parent to get the answers they need to make the best decisions for their furry family member,” said Sam Meisler, founder and CEO of PetWellClinic. “The walk-in clinic is revolutionizing vet care across America, and we want the public to know there is an alternative to an animal hospital or waiting for a pop-up clinic in their area. The need for urgent care for people was clear, the essential walk-in need for pets is also evident.”
