The owner of a Rahway shopping center has secured two new tenants with a set of leases totaling more than 2,300 square feet, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced.
In the larger deal, Wingstop committed to 1,320 square feet at the 13,468-square-foot Lincoln Plaza at 88-160 Route 27, according to a news release. The second tenant, Monmouth Spine & Wellness LLC, has taken 981 square feet.
BRC vice presidents Eric Koons, Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented the landlord, 88-160 Lincoln Plaza LLC.
“We are thrilled to welcome Wingstop to Lincoln Plaza and are confident that their exceptional food and catering offerings will resonate well with the local community,” Koons said. “As we continue the journey of repositioning this prestigious asset located in the heart of the Route 27 retail district, ownership remains committed to delivering exceptional options to the local community for shopping and dining while fostering a dynamic and thriving environment for businesses to thrive.”
Wingstop and Monmouth Spine & Wellness join several other tenants at Lincoln Plaza, which is part of a busy retail corridor near routes 27, 1&9 and 35. The wellness center is opening its doors this month, BRC said, while Wingstop is planning a summer debut.
