Burlington takes 25,000 sq. ft. at Ramsey shopping center, Welco says

A new 25,000-square-foot Burlington store is coming to a Ramsey shopping center, under a newly announced transaction by Welco Realty Inc.

According to the brokerage firm, the off-price retailer has taken space at Interstate Shopping Center alongside existing anchors such as DSW, Michael’s, Shoprite, Old Navy, Ulta and Petco. The operator will take over a unit currently housing DSW, which is relocating within the roughly 366,000-square-foot complex at 233 North Franklin Turnpike.

Welco’s Jerry Welkis represented the landlord, Ramsey Interstate Center LLC, while Cliff Simon of CNS Real Estate represented Burlington.
