Bussel Realty Corp. has hired Doug Jaynes as a sales associate in its brokerage division, the Edison-based firm announced Monday.
In a news release, BRC said Jaynes comes to its team after several years with a New Jersey residential brokerage. He also has several years of experience in managing IT projects at Johnson & Johnson and Ford Motor Co., with expertise that includes identifying customer requirements and problems, developing a business plan to meet those requirements and execution to resolve the issues.
“Doug is a seasoned veteran in business, and we are delighted that he joined the firm to team with his son, Steve Jaynes, in delivering best-in-class real estate services to our customers,” BRC President Steve Bussel said. “He will focus on the northern and central New Jersey industrial market and provide property marketing, leasing, sales, brokerage and site selection services to our growing roster of clientele.”
Jaynes holds a bachelor’s in business management and marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
