Camber Real Estate Partners and Invesco have tapped NAI James E. Hanson as their leasing agent for nearly 262,000 square feet of industrial space just north of Bergen County.
The real estate services firm announced the assignment on Monday, noting that the portfolio in Valley Cottage, New York, includes 616 and 618 Corporate Way and 711 Executive Blvd. The three multitenant facilities house a combined 149,790 square feet of warehouse space with 30-foot clear ceiling heights, along with 112,160 square feet of shallow-bay space with 20-foot clear ceiling heights, boasting a location just off Route 303 near Interstate 287 and the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge and providing easy access to Rockland, Westchester and Bergen counties as well as New York City.
NAI Hanson’s Kenneth D. Lundberg, Patrick Lennon and Lorenzo Lambiase will oversee the assignment and are marketing spaces ranging from 2,720 to 6,400 square feet that they say are suited for warehousing, manufacturing, storage and distribution uses. Camber Real Estate Partners manages the buildings.
