A logistics and distribution firm is consolidating in South Brunswick after recently leasing more than 285,000 square feet of new industrial space, brokers with CBRE said Tuesday.
The tenant, Staci Group, will occupy the building in the township’s Dayton section under a deal with Heller Industrial Parks Inc., according to a news release. The 285,362-square-foot lease at 10 Sigle Lane will provide a new home for teams that were in separate, providing the global multichannel fulfillment provider with quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike and several other highways in the region.
CBRE’s Chad Hillyer, Kevin Dudley, Nicholas Klacik and Kate Granahan represented Staci Group in negotiations.
“As one of the world’s leading logistics and distribution providers, Staci required additional industrial space to accommodate growing client needs,” Hillyer said. “The newly developed property is ideally located and provided an economical alternative to allow the tenant to better service its clients out of a Class A facility in the heart of Dayton.”
