Cervelli Real Estate and Property Management has made three personnel moves to support its growing business in Hudson County and beyond.

The firm, which is based in North Bergen, said Rebecca Minacapelli joins its team as a director of property management. She previously worked for Namdar Group, a real estate investment firm based in New York, having helped build out the company’s Jersey City footprint.
Meantime, Cervelli said it has promoted Isabel Martes to portfolio manager, from assistant property manager. She handles a group of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties in Hudson, Middlesex and Ocean counties.

The firm has also hired Christopher Gerena as an investment sales associate. He focuses on multifamily and mixed-use sales, having started his career at Marcus & Millichap as an associate representing investors and landlords in Hudson and Bergen counties, before going on to the boutique investment firm The SilverBrick Group.
“We are excited to add these three new professionals to our team,” said Michael Cervelli, president of Cervelli Real Estate. “Rebecca will be instrumental in maintaining our unique approach to helping property owners and investors minimize risk and maximize after-cash flow, especially entering a time of extreme market uncertainty. This is when our clients need us most.

“Martes will help scale operations as operational efficiencies will be more important than ever. On the brokerage side, Gerena will represent landlords and investors. Our primary objective will be to lend our decades of experience to many investors and landlords who will be facing an elevated interest rate environment, many for the first time.”
