A private investor has sold a seven-unit apartment building with four garage parking spaces in Jersey City for $1.65 million, according to Cervelli Real Estate and Property Management.
Gary Baez, a sales associate with the brokerage firm, represented both parties in the transaction at 233 Liberty Ave. and managed all negotiations through close. The team noted that the seller acquired the property several years ago and completed renovations that significantly improved the asset, allowing him to then monetize the built equity and redeploy capital into his next investment in line with his active approach to real estate wealth building.
“This transaction reflects the kind of client we work with across Hudson County,” said Chris Cervelli, principal of North Bergen-based Cervelli Real Estate. “Active investors who understand value creation, know when to sell, and need a team that can execute cleanly on both sides of the table.”
