The longtime owner of a 2,800-square-foot medical office building in Cherry Hill has sold the property, according to a brokerage team with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Corey Hassman, a senior adviser with the firm, represented both parties in the transaction at 1920 Fairfax Ave. The private buyer paid an undisclosed sum in the deal with 1920 Fairfax Associates LLC, which purchased the property in 2005, according to public records.
WCRE noted that the building has versatile space and is close to major roadways such as routes 70 and 73, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
