A private buyer has purchased a nearly 55,000-square-foot industrial building in Bayonne, under a deal arranged by the William F. Connors Agency.
Bill Connors, the firm’s president and broker of record, represented both parties in the trade of 19-45 Kennedy Blvd. Terms were not disclosed.
The 54,498-square-foot property is just east of Route 440 and south of Gertrude Street.
