CoreOne Industrial LLC has acquired a vacant industrial outdoor property in Pennsauken that it’s now set to renovate as part of a plan to secure a new tenant.
The investment firm, which is based in Darien, Connecticut, paid an undisclosed sum for the 2.2-acre parcel at 9101 River Road. The property includes an 8,940-square-foot truck terminal building, the company added, noting that the deal marks its second investment in Pennsauken and 11th in South Jersey.
Steven Bentolila of Bento Property Group and Solomon Michailow of S2 Property Group brokered the off-market transaction.
“This strategic infill location perfectly complements our portfolio strategy, enabling us to strengthen our presence in the South Jersey market and fuel sustained growth,” said Joe Burton, president of CoreOne Industrial. “This opportunity showcases our dedication to expanding our IOS portfolio across the nation.”
