A credit union has taken 3,200 square feet of retail space along Route 46 in Fairfield, under a newly announced transaction by The Goldstein Group.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the deal at 653 Route 46, where Visions Federal Credit Union is leasing space from Catawaba Associates-West Windsor LLC. The tenant, the state’s sixth-largest credit union, will join a roster that also includes Jose Tejas, Miracle Ear, Flavors Ice Cream Shop and Diamond Exchange Jewelry.
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein Roy Paret, a sales associate with the firm, represented ownership, while Director Chris Conway represented the tenant.
“Visions Credit chose the location due to its outstanding exposure and with the end cap unit, they will be able to have a drive thru,” said Chuck Lanyard, The Goldstein Group’s president. “The highway location along with the back access to Passaic Avenue, affords Visions the opportunity to expand to the Fairfield market to serve the many business customers along with the residential base in the area.”
