Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC has elevated real estate and property tax attorney Daniel Kim to the position of counsel with the Roseland-based firm.

Kim, whose promotion was one of six announced this week by CSG Law, joined its team in 2018. He practices with the firm’s real estate, tax and real property taxation and incentives groups, focusing on all aspects of local property taxation and state and local public incentives.

CSG also promoted John Paul D. Dziuba II of the trusts and estates group, Anthony Greco of the corporate and securities and tech, privacy and data innovations groups and Elisa M. Pagano of the litigation group to the position of member. Also promoted to counsel were Paula I. Brueckner of the firm’s intellectual property group and family law attorney Patricia Tuckman.

The six promotions were effective Jan. 1.

“Following another year of record-setting growth, the CSG Law team is energized by what the future holds for the firm,” Managing Member Patricia K. Costello said. “From the elevation of these attorneys along with the addition of other skilled practitioners and the development of new practice groups, the CSG Law team continues to grow strategically in order to provide the best-in-class service to our clients.”
