A cloud services company has signed a renewal at a Branchburg industrial building, where it occupies more than 7,600 square feet.

Cushman & Wakefield announced Wednesday that it represented the user, Blue Hill Data Services, in the transaction at 3434 Route 22. It’s among several tenants at the 42,653-square-foot property, which has 22-foot ceiling heights and four loading docks, while occupying 6.53 acres minutes from interstates 287 and 78.

Cushman’s Sean Brady completed the 7,642-square-foot deal.

“It was a pleasure to work with Blue Hill Data Services in securing a lease renewal with favorable terms in a tight industrial market,” Brady said. “With Blue Hill Data Services’ renewal, the property remains 100 percent leased.”

Blue Hill has additional locations in Pearl River, New York, and Shelton, Connecticut, providing hosting and managed services for its clients, according to a news release. The company supports government and commercial clients, helping them reduce their operating expenses, eliminate capital expenses, mitigate the risk of a retiring workforce and meet all regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
