Deluccia: Total Wireless operator takes 1,400 sq. ft. at mixed-use building in Somerset

A new Total Wireless store has come to Franklin after leasing space at a new mixed-use building in the township’s Somerset section, according to a broker with Deluccia Commercial Group.

The tenant, Mobile Mecca LLC, will occupy 1,409 square feet on the ground floor of 745 Hamilton St. as part of the five-year deal with CC Hamilton LLC. Its new location at 745 Hamilton, a 61-unit property by Country Classics, places it minutes from Rutgers University and downtown New Brunswick.
