Larken Associates is welcoming two new retail tenants to a mixed-use property in Warren County, having secured leases with Edward Jones and T-Mobile.
In a news release, the developer said Edward Jones committed to 1,097 square feet at The Village at Hawk Pointe in Washington. The space at 5 Clubhouse Drive will be among the newest locations for the sprawling financial services company, which specializes in providing clients with personalized investment strategies.
Rob Marek of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, and Joel Tomlinson of Silbert Realty represented ownership at the 106,415-square-foot center off Route 31.
“Location is always a core consideration for businesses looking to lease their next retail space,” said Marek, an executive vice president with Raider Realty. “Because of its strategic location in the heart of Warren County, The Village at Hawk Point provides tenants access to a large consumer base in a community that has seen significant growth over the past several years. We’re excited to work with Edward Jones as we welcome them to the Washington community.”
The firm added that T-Mobile will soon occupy 2,135 square feet at the complex. The mobile carrier and Edward Jones will be among the newest tenants at the three-building property, which has retail, office and medical spaces and is part of a 65-acre development spanning 120 single-family homes and the Hawk Pointe Golf Club.
