A team member of Dynamic Engineering Consultants PC has become a principal of the Lake Como-based firm, according to Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey.

In a recent announcement, the organization touted the promotion of Jackie Giordano, who joined Dynamic in 2013 after earning a bachelor’s in civil and environmental engineering. She has climbed the ranks of the firm as it has expanded its footprint within New Jersey and Pennsylvania, while also entering the Florida and Texas markets.
“Dynamic was a small business in New Jersey and Pennsylvania when I was job hunting out of college relative to many of our competitors out there recruiting new hires across the country,” Giordano said. “I saw the opportunity Dynamic could provide me and the growth potential for both myself and the company.”
Giordano, who earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a master’s from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, attributes her professional and leadership skills to her past involvement in team sports, according to a news release. While at Penn State, she was a leader on the women’s rugby team and helped the team win Division I national championships.
CREW New Jersey added that, when deciding on where to work after college, she was attracted to Dynamic’s office culture.
“I’m a big fan of the team mentality,” she said. “And as a company, Dynamic builds relationships with their staff and clients with a team approach.”
Giordano is also a key figure with CREW New Jersey, serving as chair of the group’s programming committee. The organization has played an important role in her development, she said.
“CREW NJ has surrounded me with a fantastic network of like-minded women established in their respective fields,” she said. “Getting involved with the organization early provided me with the additional resources that helped me develop into the professional I wanted to be.”
