Ethan Allen has leased 4,700 square feet at an upscale retail center in Woodcliff Lake, joining more than two dozen tenants at a location just off the Garden State Parkway.
According to The Goldstein Group, which represented the tenant, the space at Tice’s Corner Marketplace will be among more than 170 stores for the home furnishings chain. The retailer is leasing the unit at 441 Chestnut Ridge Road under a deal with WS Tice’s Corner / Marketplace LLC, the owner of the roughly 120,000-square-foot center.
“After a thorough analysis of the market, Ethan Allen chose to locate its newest location in the thriving Woodcliff Lake/Montvale, New Jersey market,” said Lew Finkelstein, an executive vice president with The Goldstein Group. “The market affords them the opportunity to service their client base and to add additional customers. Being located in a well-known center with other retailers and restaurants with the same type of a demographic profile will afford them great potential.”
Finkelstein and Huter, a vice president with the Paramus-based brokerage firm, represented the Danbury, Connecticut-based chain, while Sharon Maddern of David Adam Realty represented the landlord. In a news release, The Goldstein Group noted that Tice’s Corner has more than 25 stores with a blend of fashions, home furnishings, technology and food, with other tenants including Anthropology, Nike, Hallmark, J. Crew, Bluemercury, South Moon Under and Banana Republic, among others.
