An event company has taken more than 2,600 square feet at a Woodbridge shopping center, in a newly announced deal by Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, Crème de la Crème Loft, will use the first-floor space at Route 1 South and Ford Avenue to host private celebrations, according to a news release. It joins several other specialty retail, quick-service restaurant and service tenants at the 30,000-square-foot Plaza K Shopping Center, with Fast Bagel and Dr. Anuj Kapadia, DMD, slated to open soon as other new additions.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented the landlord in the 2,615-square-foot transaction, while Koa Thomas-Fredericks of EXP Realty represented the tenant.
