Federal Business Centers has leased more than 158,000 square feet of industrial space in Edison to a third-party logistics firm, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
BRC Vice President David Paster and Senior Vice President David Blitt represented the tenant, Packaging & Distribution Resources, in the full-building commitment at 400 Clearview Road. They noted that the 158,006-square-foot facility in the historic Raritan Center Business Park has 3,471 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 22 loading doors, LED lighting and 100 surface parking spaces.
Packaging & Distribution Resources, which was founded in 2003, will also benefit from the park’s quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and routes 1, 9, 35 and 440, as well as the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island.
