represented ownership.
SAXUM REAL ESTATE leased a
combined 173,445 square feet at 903
and 906 Murray Road in East Hanover
to J&J’s Tri-State Delivery Service and
Tri-State Cleaning and Restoration,
respectively. Tom Consiglio and Scott
Peck of Resource Realty of Northern
New Jersey represented ownership in
both deals, while John Friedland of
United Realty Advisors and RRNNJ’s
Brian Wilson represented the
respective tenants.
DH PROPERTY HOLDINGS LLC acquired
22 and 84 Flood Gate Road, a

126,500-square-foot warehouse with
28.4 acres in Logan Township, for

CO. sold 8 Evans St., the site of a
28,000-square-foot warehouse with
3.35 acres of excess land in Fairfi eld,
to KF Mechanical LLC for $8.74
million. NAI James E. Hanson’s

Silverstein represented the seller.
UNIQUE COFFEE ROASTERS acquired
719-721 Route 35, a 9,712-square-
foot building in Middletown, for $1.6
million. Legacy Commercial Realty
was the listing agent, while Sheldon
Gross Realty’s Jonathan Glick and
Joshua Glussky brokered the sale.
ACP PARTNERSHIP LLC leased 8,785
square feet at 632 South Ave., a
235,000-square-foot complex in
Garwood, to Jafra Import Export
Inc. Jeff Goldfi nger of Bussel Realty
Corp. represented the landlord, while
the fi rm’s Steve Jaynes and Rebecca
Abrams represented the tenant, an
imported foods company.
ROCKEFELLER GROUP acquired
2554 Route 206, a 100-acre tract in
Pemberton slated for a two-building,
486,850-square-foot complex.
Jonathan Klear and Fred Meyer of
NAI Mertz brokered the sale.
GENESIS acquired 3 Wheeling Road,
a fi ve-acre site in South Brunswick’s
Dayton section with a 7,100-square-
foot warehouse and service facility
and 3.5 acres of useable outdoor
space, for $5.7 million. CBRE’s
Mark Silverman, Elli Klapper,
Liam McGregor and Mark Trevisan
represented both parties. Matthew
