PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are counsel on a mixed-
use inclusionary development
in Parsippany. The project
contains over 1,200 units and
includes 20,000 square feet of
commercial space and, as such,
is truly transformative. This
project will assist Parsippany to
satisfy its Round 4 affordable
housing obligation. This
former office complex permits
Parsippany to use bonus credits
under the recent amendments
to the New Jersey Fair Housing
Act. We obtained a long-
term tax exemption (payment
in lieu of taxes or PILOT)
for the residential and retail
components of the project.
This and other inclusionary
developments are providing
much-needed affordable
housing and providing new
transformative communities,
which improve the quality of life
for many New Jersey residents.
