Subers arranged the transaction,
which includes upfront funding of
$55 million and an additional $25
million in future advances.
PROVIDENT BANK originated
construction and bridge financing to
Shadowbrook Capital, the developer
of a 709-unit self-storage facility at
35 Bedle St. in Hillsborough. JLL’s
Michael Klein, Nazario Paragano
and Michael Donohoe sourced the
five-year loan on the borrower’s
