oversaw a $6 billion retail portfolio
while leading operational strategy,
LMC said. She also executed more
than 100 property dispositions and
maintained a portfolio vacancy rate
below 1 percent.

Patel earned a bachelor’s in
economics and political science from

PRINCIPALS
KSS Architects has announced fi ve
new principals, touting them as the
next generation of its leadership
teams across its New Jersey and
Pennsylvania offi ces.
The fi rm, which is based in
Princeton, said the newly promoted
professionals include Beth Emig,
Alicia Heinsen, Srinath Nallan, Kyle
Rendall and Andrew Sniderman.
Collectively, they bring expertise
across education, housing,
workplace, industrial, construction
administration and fi rm operations,
KSS said, refl ecting its belief that
architecture can create meaningful
and lasting change for clients,
communities and the world.
Emig, Heinsen and Sniderman work
out of the fi rm’s Philadelphia offi ce,
while Nallan and Rendall are in
Princeton. Each is a member of the
American Institute of Architects.
“These fi ve individuals refl ect the heart
and soul of KSS,” said Scot Murdocch,
partner at the fi rm. “Their leadership,
creativity and commitment to our
