OUR CLIENTS
Gerard Construction Corp. does not refer to our clients as “customers” — we prefer to call them partners — as we dedicate ourselves to every project as if it was our own. We are not in this market to just work for “customers.” Our main goal is to create long-lasting partnerships that are both mutually equitable and enjoyable to be a part of. For over 20 years, Gerard Construction Corp.’s partner base has primarily been focused in the retail sector; from facade renovations to large-scale retail developments. However, more recently, our partner base has become more diversified to include a strong focus in Self Storage, Mid-Rise Apartments, Industrial, and Entertainment.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
In Gloucester, New Jersey over the past year, Gerard Construction Corp. has taken a 47,000-square-foot Dave & Buster’s, Entertainment Center, new out of the ground including all site work improvements. We acquired the turn-key tenant work, which includes a full commercial kitchen, bar and dining area.
