We can come to the table at the design phase of the project and offer local expertise to take these challenged sites from concept through construction. Many of our team members are engineering graduates, and that shows in their ability to address and tackle problems. We truly partner with our clients and because of that, almost all of our work is for repeat clients.
We have recently completed projects between 25,000 square feet and 2.5 million square feet and many smaller industrial fit-outs and renovations.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
I would say it’s a group of projects with similar attributes. We have recently completed over 15 million square feet of E-Commerce fulfillment centers in 7 states and several other food and liquor distribution buildings in N.J. These buildings are all state-of-the-art with extensive material handling systems and office components.
        OUR CLIENTS
Our clients are regional and national industrial developers specializing in supply chain, E-commerce and logistics solutions. We elected to focus solely on the industrial market, and grow our platform nationally, based on our success in the N.J. market. So far, the strategy has worked well for us as we have grown into New England and Colorado. Our next targets are California and perhaps Arizona.
ON THE HORIZON
Our biggest growth area continues to be E-Commerce and the expansion of that sector into other states. We love
the Denver region and will continue to expand there. We look for areas where the local contractors don’t have large distribution center experience, as that’s a barrier to entry that we can overcome.
OUR ADVANTAGE
We have grown our roots in one of the toughest markets in the U.S., which is the New Jersey market. The sites we work on are often burdened with environmental
or geotechnical challenges but these same sites offer opportunity. Clients often want to be within 5 to 30 miles of New York City and need the best value out of these premium priced metropolitan locations.
