The March Team at a Local Groundbreaking Ceremony
OUR ADVANTAGE
When selecting March Associates as your Construction Manager, you are getting a true partner for your real estate development project. March has a teamwork approach to all its projects. We work closely with our clients and team to ensure we deliver the highest-quality product. President Lou March is involved with each project, lending his expertise to our seasoned group of construction professionals.
We encourage our clients to utilize March’s preconstruction process. March can value-engineer and lay out the construction of each project before a single shovel hits
the ground. This helps us to be more cost-effective, saving clients money and reducing project completion time. Preconstruction is a major point-of-focus at March. We have been a mainstay in this area for many years and will be for many more.
March commits to being a leader in its community. We support local charities such as: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Department for Persons with Disabilities, Adopt-a-Soldier, Tackle Kids Cancer, Queens Community Housing, Salesian Sisters and Special Olympics. We also sponsor local school programs and scholarships.

becoming even more crucial. The land constraints in certain markets will force these projects to go vertical. We are currently involved with several multilevel warehouse/ distribution centers in the New York City area and predict this trend will continue. The multi-residential and mixed- use market will remain strong, especially in Opportunity Zones and where many municipalities need to meet their affordable housing obligations.
