PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
The Genmab Office & Laboratory Renovation in Plainsboro, NJ is a 2-floor, 90,000 sq. ft. renovation of an existing office building. This project includes: 60,000 sq. ft. of office space with 196 open office workspaces, 50 private offices and 48 huddle rooms; 30,000 sq. ft. laboratory space with 46 lab benches; lobby and reception area; new MEP equipment; and a 2-story cafe. The main feature of the office renovation is the 2-story cafe. The cafe features an interconnecting staircase designed utilizing the Danish concept of “hygge” to provide employees with a cozy space for work, relaxation and collaboration.
