PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
EGM Builders recently completed a Nutraceutical Manufacturing Facility for Vitaquest International, located in Parsippany, NJ. EGM faced an aggressive schedule and tight budget, we delivered this 180,000-SF project under
a Stipulated Lump Sum, in 5 months and Zero Change Orders. The new facility included the construction
of new washrooms, clean rooms, weighing rooms, blending rooms, encapsulation rooms, pharmacy space, maintenance shop, offices, conference rooms, cafeteria, lobby and waiting room. What makes this job noteworthy was the teamwork and collaboration by the entire vested group, including the Owners, KSD Architecture, Kerri Engineering, Triad Painting & Coating, Seamless Flooring and Triad Fire Protection.
