WHAT IS A NOTEWORTHY TRANSACTION OR PROJECT
THAT YOUR FIRM HAS WORKED ON RECENTLY?
We represent developer SJP Properties in the hotly debated “M Station” project in downtown Morristown, for which we were successful in securing approval of the Redevelopment Plan by the Planning Board in October 2019 after months of public meetings. The development will replace an aging strip mall on Morris Street 1/10th of a mile from the Morristown Green.
