PROJECT MANAGER
The Walsh Co. has added Jeffrey Bennett as a project manager to its growing construction team.
Bennett, a longtime industry professional in New Jersey,
and managed client relationships on an executive level.
As business development manager, Shannon works closely with Caruso in supporting
the executive
team to build
relationships
and identify
opportunities
throughout
the tristate
area. His prior
experience
includes six years leading all business development efforts
for a construction management company in New Jersey, where he worked closely with management to cultivate relationships and identify opportunities with owners, architects, engineers, owner representatives, brokers and developers.
As chief estimator with JRM, Galvin is responsible for all estimating
with the philanthropic efforts, currently serving as a member of the commercial real estate committee for the United Way of Northern New Jersey.

TWO NEW HIRES
First National Realty Partners,
a Red Bank-based private equity firm, has added to its leasing and acquisitions teams with the hiring of Sam Collier and Matt Annibale.
Collier joins the firm as executive vice president

addition of Annibale as director of acquisitions. In the position, he will focus on sourcing new deals and maintaining deal flow.

The firm noted that Bennett has worked on some of New Jersey’s most prominent office and commercial projects, including the Wyndham Worldwide corporate campus in Parsippany and the
U.S. Golf Association Museum in Bernards Township.

JRM Construction Management
has hired Antonina Caruso and Ed Shannon as director of business development and business development manager, respectively, along with Sean Galvin as chief estimator.
Caruso, who brings more than 18 years of commercial construction

including more than a decade of strategic leasing and redevelopment of large format spaces in portfolios owned by publicly traded REITs.
Collier will report to Chief Operating Officer Adam Rosenzweig and be responsible for driving leasing volume and cultivating
an increasing mix of national
and regional retailers within the portfolio as the company continues its rapid growth, according to a news release.
“I am honored to be a part of such an exciting and growing commercial real estate company,” Collier said. “The atmosphere is very energetic and upbeat — great things are happening at FNRP.”
Collier received bachelor’s degrees in both finance/economics and accounting from Lipscomb University, the news release
said. He is also a member of

In his previous position at ShopOne Centers, Annibale was responsible for overseeing acquisitions
and dispositions of the entire portfolio, the news release said.
He is well-versed in generating, maintaining and evaluating the pipeline of deal flow as well as leading the underwriting and due diligence process for prospective acquisitions.
Annibale is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he played on the men’s ice hockey team and received a degree in integrated business and engineering, with concentrations
in real estate finance and civil engineering. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of ICSC’s NextGen Committee.

Galvin brings 28 years of estimating and purchasing experience, joining the firm from Holt Construction.
As chief estimator, he managed all estimating activities across five office locations.
Prior to Holt, Galvin spent 20 years at Structure Tone, where he last held the estimating and purchasing manager position. In that role,
he led a team of 20 estimators overseeing the bidding of projects up to $300 million.
Caruso sits on the Ambassador Council of the organization known as NEW, or Non-Traditional Employment for Women, and strongly advocates for women
in the trades and diversity in the construction industry, the news release said. She is also involved with philanthropic organizations such as Donate 8 (Live One New York), Covenant House New York and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Shannon, meantime, is also involved
and assist in the continued growth of its New York, New Jersey and West regions. Prior to joining the Carlstadt-based firm, she served as director of business development and marketing at Holt Construction Corp., where she led the business development department and planning efforts for the company
