Additionally, the company has promoted Caitie Kroeger to marketing manager. She
has spent the
past two years
spearheading
Saxum’s
marketing
efforts, including
campaigns of
both assets and
the firm, while
developing a proprietary customer relationship management system.
The firm also noted that Kroeger has delivered institutional-quality branding and marketing for all of its investment vehicles. She will continue to lead all new strategic marketing initiatives while rolling out a complete redesign of Saxum’s website this year.

THREE NEW HIRES
DMR Architects has hired Ramon M. Hache Sr. as director of business development, Gabe Bailer as a professional planner and Joelle Nasr as an interior designer.
The firm, which is based in Hasbrouck Heights, said Hache joins its team with several years of public service and more than two decades of experience in the financial services
industry. He is a current member of the Bergen

providing professional planning testimony.
Bailer previously worked in economic development for the township of Cranford, which was previously recognized as a 2018 Great Place by
the New Jersey
chapter of
the American
Planning
Association and
as the state’s
No. 1 downtown
in 2018 and 2019
by NJ.com. He
is a New Jersey licensed professional planner and earned certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners, while he is a board member of Downtown New Jersey.
DMR also said Bailer received his master of urban planning from Hunter College and bachelor’s in geography from the University at Buffalo.
Nasr, for her part, brings six years of experience in educational, municipal and residential projects, according to a news release. She spent the first four years of her career working in interior design in Beirut, Lebanon,

County Board of Commissioners, where he serves as chair of the community development and information technology committees and
as a member of the Bergen County parks, public works and planning and engineering committees.
Hache also served as Ridgewood’s mayor from 2018 to 2020 and as
a council member from 2016 to 2018, DMR said. The firm touted his role in advancing economic development, job growth and the attraction of new retail to the village’s downtown through a series of infrastructure projects and updating permitted uses in the central business district.
Meantime, Bailer joins DMR’s planning department with more than 20 years of experience in the field,
the firm said. He has worked with municipalities and private developers, focusing on mixed-use and downtown development, historic preservation and revitalization, representing
